DECISION:  Redress granted.  In Race #2, USA 8170 is scored RDG -1, and all other scores shall be adjusted accordingly.

UPDATE on Redress: at 17:13PM on October 5, 2024

The hearing on request for Redress in Race #2 by USA 8170 has been rescheduled for 0900 on Sunday, October 6th. The hearing will take place on the 2nd floor of the clubhouse.

Welcome to the Tred Avon Yacht Club in Oxford MD for the 73th Star Fall Wind-Up & 2nd Annual Melges 24 Regatta. We are situtated on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, racing on the Tred Avon and Choptank Rivers. 

Since 1951, Tred Avon YC has been hosting this regatta for the International Star Class, before they head south for their winter series. This is classic Fall sailing on the Chesapeake at its best!

Please be advised, the speed limit in Oxford begins a mile out of town and it strictly enforced at 25MPH. 

The entry fee is $135, which is reduced from the normal fee of $185 thanks to the sponsorship of Charles Schwab. The fee is payable in full at online registration and is not refundable within one (1) week of of the regatta. Entry fee includes Saturday buffet dinner and Sunday post-race hors d’oeuvres. More information on pricing for meals and other items will be posted on the event website as the race date approaches.

Entry fee is for skipper and one crew. Additional crew must be listed at registration. Saturday dinner only is $50 per person.
