The start will be at PR “3” off Hog Point. Specifically, the start line will be between the orange flag on the RC signal boat and PR “3”. The GPS coordinates for the
starting area are 38-19.03 North and 76-24.07 West. PR “3” may be located to the starboard or port side of the signal boat.
Class Splits will be posted today. Classes are A0, A , B/C, first warning at 1300, rolling 5 min start, general recall will restart after the last class. B/C class - First start; A Class - second start; A0 Class - third start; First Class with General recall - fourth start, etc.

Class splits(start times), based on registration to offer good class competition, will be updated after the close of registration.

The PHRF A/B Split is currently at 95 to give the B division with three boat, with four boat A division. If the PHRF Cruiser division does not have three starters, it will be folded into the PHRF B division. ORC has three starters, so they will be scored together.

Registration is open for the first-ever Solomons to Oxford Race! Some info about the onshore events once racers cross the finish line:
• The bar will be open from 1500-2200 hours, including our beachside Tiki Bar.
• Food will be available for purchase from 1700-2100.
• Enjoy live music by the Alley Cats starting at 1700 hours and we will also have an Awards Ceremony to congratulate the day’s winners! Register now - we hope you will join us for this new race during Oxford Regatta!

Welcome sailors to the Tred Avon Yacht Club in Oxford, Md for the NEW Solomons Is to Oxford Regatta, in conjuction with the annual Oxfrd Regatta. We are situtated on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, racing on the Tred Avon and Choptank rivers. We welcome the Handicapp rating classes for Multihull, PHRF (A/B/C/N), ORC (Open/Performance), & CHESS to Oxford.
Please be advised, the speed limit in Oxford begins a mile out of town and it strictly enforced at 25MPH. The police chief would like to meet you at some point, but not by issuing you a ticket!
