Welcome to the Tred Avon Yacht Club in Oxford MD for the 74^th Star Fall Wind-Up regatta. The Tred Avon Yacht Club along with local Chesapeake Bay Yach Club have a steep history with the the Internationla Star Class Yacht Racing Assocation. Tred Avon YC has hosted the North Americans three times, the latest in 2014 and the Worlds in 2018.  We are situtated on the beautiful Eastern Shore of Maryland, racing on the Tred Avon and Choptank Rivers. Since 1952, Tred Avon YC has been hosting this regatta for the Star Class, the last regatta in the Northeast, before the fleet head south for their winter series. This is classic Fall sailing on the Chesapeake at its finest! Please join us for our slice of heavenly sailing.  

Please be advised, the speed limit in Oxford begins a mile out of town and it strictly enforced at 25MPH. 

The entry fee is $135, which is reduced from the normal fee of $185 thanks to the sponsorship of Charles Schwab. The fee is payable in full at online registration and is not refundable within one (1) week of of the regatta. Entry fee includes two sailors for Saturday buffet dinner and Sunday post-race crab dip hors d’oeuvres. More information on pricing for addional crew meals and other items will be posted on the event website as the race date approaches.
