Private Parties

Members may reserve Club facilities for private parties.  Requests should be made to the Club Manager but may only be approved by a majority vote of the Board. Requests are accepted beginning on December 1 for the subsequent season except that weddings may be approved up to twelve months prior to the date. Requests must be for a member or their family. A member may also request Club facilities for an organization that the member belongs to.  Requests are only approved if they do not interfere with Club events.  Once approved by the Board, the member requesting the date must fill out a written and signed rental form that will be provided by the Club Manager, and agree to the following:

• All food and beverages served at private parties will be supplied by the Club.
• The galley is off limits to everyone except the Club staff.
